SSEC: New Batch of Panoramic Elevators Completed Factory Tests and Shipped

This month,  SSEC Elevator Co., Ltd. successfully completed the final assembly and factory inspection of four large-scale customized panoramic elevators designed for a five-star hotel in the Middle East. Each elevator showcases the perfect fusion of modern design and mechanical excellence, featuring tempered-glass observation cabins, gearless traction systems, and natural wood finishes that harmonize with the hotel’s luxurious architecture. The project demonstrates our ability to provide tailor-made elevator solutions that combine comfort, silence, safety, and visual appeal.

Before shipment, every unit underwent a full series of factory acceptance tests (FAT) conducted under strict quality management procedures. These included rated load trials, braking performance and door interlock tests, emergency stop simulations, and lighting and power backup verification. All technical parameters not only complied with EN81 and ISO international standards but also exceeded the contractual specifications agreed with the client.

Our logistics department coordinated closely with certified shipping partners to develop enhanced export packaging, ensuring each component’s integrity during long-distance marine transport. Reinforced wooden frames, anti-vibration pads, and moisture-proof films were applied to protect sensitive parts such as the glass panels and control cabinets. Container loading was carefully supervised to reduce vibration, corrosion, and impact risk throughout the voyage.

This project also highlights the efficiency of SSEC’s cross-department collaboration. The R&D team provided technical drawings customized to the building’s structural design, the production team performed process validation in advance, and the quality control engineers monitored every inspection stage in real time. By implementing the “customization + standardized inspection” model, SSEC achieves both fast delivery and high first-pass acceptance rates, meeting the complex requirements of global customers.

After shipment, our technical engineers will provide online guidance and on-site training for installation, commissioning, and maintenance to ensure stable operation.
